Porcelain is extremely heavy

We advise that 2 people are needed to remove 1200x600 or 800x800 from there packaging.

Please be extremely careful when removing porcelain slabs from there packing.

Until the product is laid it can be prone to chipping if not handled correctly.

Do not stand the slabs up on edge.

Do not lean slabs up against walls.

Any damaged slabs must be photo'd before they are removed from the pallet to ensure that the damage occurred before they were handled.

We cannot take any responsibility of damage once the slabs have been unpacked and removed to a different location.

If you have damaged slabs, please just give us a call, and email the photos within 48 hours over and we can arrange replacements.
